Job summary

Workwize is seeking a UX Principal to shape how users experience our global IT equipment platform. You’ll work with the Head of Product and design team to translate user needs into valuable product solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to improve efficiency for IT managers worldwide.

You’ll lead design direction across complex areas, evolve the design system, and mentor teammates while driving adoption of AI-native workflows to speed delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience at staff or principal level.
• Strong portfolio of B2B product work and discovery leadership.
• Exceptional craft and ability to raise design standards across teams.
• Experience guiding multi-team product initiatives and design leadership without formal authority.
• Familiarity with AI-native workflows and emerging tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design our most strategic work, starting with the agentic experience.
• Advance the design system to full adoption, defining standards and principles.
• Raise craft across the product org through direction and critique.
• Mentor teammates via critique and pairing, without direct people management.
• Define design direction across complex product areas and identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Lead moves to AI-native workflows and accelerate concept-to-production.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship rapidly and advocate for users.
