Toloka AI is building systems to detect and stop fraud on the Toloka platform. You’ll work at the intersection of analytics and applied ML, exploring data, designing metrics, and turning insights into defenses—rules, models, and LLM-based approaches.

You will own end-to-end responsibilities, from data exploration to deployed solutions and ongoing monitoring, including shaping anti-fraud rules and policies. This role supports remote or hybrid work from the Netherlands.

Competenze

• Strong analytical thinking; frame vague problems and derive metrics.
• Hypothesis-driven approach: generate ideas from data and test them.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with large datasets (ClickHouse a plus).
• Proficient in Python and ML; practical experience with LLMs is a plus.
• Experience with data pipelines and orchestration tools (Airflow).
• Good product sense; balance protection with user impact and cost.
