TMC Electronics seeks an experienced Senior FPGA Engineer to translate system requirements into robust FPGA architectures. You will work within multidisciplinary R&D teams on complex challenges, covering the full development cycle from spec to validation.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of professional FPGA design and development experience.
• Extensive experience with VHDL and FPGA verification methods.
• Experience with SystemVerilog/UVM and Xilinx/Intel FPGA platforms.
• Programming in Python or Tcl and firmware/hardware integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Define FPGA architectures and technical specifications from system requirements.
• Design and implement FPGA solutions using VHDL.
• Perform simulation, verification, debugging, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with hardware, software and system engineers.
• Integrate FPGA designs into complex embedded systems.
• Optimize performance, timing, power, and reliability.
• Coach and mentor junior FPGA engineers.
