Job summary

Demcon life sciences & health is looking for an FPGA lead engineer who takes ownership of the FPGA design within development projects and serves as the main technical interface to industry partners. You will architect scalable FPGA solutions and guide cross-functional teams including system architects, electronics and embedded software to elevate the product architecture.

• Experience leading FPGA projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of FPGA architectures and design flows.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own FPGA design within development projects and lead the technology interface to industry partners.
• Architect and implement scalable FPGA solutions and drive cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Develop reusable IP blocks and interfaces for a modular FPGA infrastructure.
• Lead and grow the FPGA competence team and collaborate with external partners.
