Job summary

Netflix in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A - EMEA to serve as a strategic business partner for the EMEA G&A teams and the Regional CFO. You will forecast expenses, illuminate drivers, and influence decisions with actionable insights.

You will lead regional planning cycles, translate financial data into clear narratives, and collaborate with global FP&A, data, and systems teams to automate reporting and enable self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience.
• English proficiency required; clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with AI tooling.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and guiding decisions.
• MBA is a plus; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional FP&A Lead to deliver monthly and quarterly reports with clear visibility into performance.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, highlighting drivers and variances.
• Surface regional risks and opportunities to inform prioritization and planning.
• Provide localized insights on headcount, people costs and operating expenses.
• Lead regional planning cycles aligned with corporate timelines and global planning.
• Support business reviews with clear financial narratives aligned to global strategy.
• Connect regional priorities with global financial objectives and high-impact initiatives.
• Define and execute the regional reporting roadmap; automate where possible.
• Enable self-service data access through standardized reporting and tools.
• Act as a trusted partner to G&A and cross-functional teams on budgets and processes.
