Job summary

Netflix in Amsterdam seeks a Manager to lead the Content Programming Strategy & Operations (CPS&O) team for the EMEA region. You will guide programming priorities, licensing strategies, and investment decisions to shape the regional content slate and inform senior leadership.

In this role, you will coordinate with Content, Finance & Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Insights teams, translating diverse inputs into a coherent pan-EMEA view and driving cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a media, entertainment, or streaming company in a strategy, operations, or analytical role.
Deep knowledge of the TV and film content landscape, including licensing/windowing strategies or programming operations.
Proven ability to independently lead complex projects and present findings to senior executives clearly.
Strong financial modeling skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional alignment in a fast-changing, matrixed organization.
Excellent proficiency with MS Excel/PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets/Slides; familiarity with data tools such as Tableau or Airtable is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as a thought partner to EMEA content leadership on programming priorities and investment decisions.
Spearhead special projects and present strategic recommendations on programming and licensing challenges to Netflix leadership.
Consolidate perspectives from local CPS&O leads across EMEA into a pan-EMEA view to inform decisions.
Build frameworks to guide portfolio decisions across licensed titles and territory prioritization.
Set and drive the agenda for coordinating EMEA licensing efforts and align with global teams.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Content, Finance & Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Insights.
