Job summary

Nebius B.V. is seeking an FP&A Analyst - Business Cases & Investments to join our Group Finance team.

The role demands highly analytical skills, autonomy, synthesising financial and non-financial data, and delivering clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership. This high-visibility role partners with business unit leaders, the Executive team, and cross-functional stakeholders to appraise capital allocation decisions, model scenarios, track cashflow implications, and monitor

Qualifications

6+ years FP&A or related finance experience.
Proven experience building complex, multi-driver financial models.
Experience constructing cashflow models and forecasts, including working capital movements.
Strong understanding of investment appraisal techniques (NPV, IRR, payback).
Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine financial models for business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives.
Build scenario, sensitivity, and Monte Carlo analyses to quantify risk and outcomes.
Translate assumptions into auditable model structures for non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate capex proposals (ROI, IRR, NPV, payback) across horizons.
Develop long-term cashflow forecasts and align with Group forecasts.
Monitor forecast vs actuals and provide variance analysis and insights.
Present findings to senior management and prepare Investment Committee materials.
