Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Foundry team. You will deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflows directly for customers, within ServiceNow and broader enterprise ecosystems.

The role blends full-stack engineering, enterprise integration, and customer-focused solution delivery. As an Anthropic partner, you will work with Claude and other LLM platforms, applying prompt engineering, RAG, and structured outputs to deliver measurable customer

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automations within client ServiceNow environments and enterprise ecosystems.
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Implement and integrate NewRocket Agent Packs, AI accelerators, and workflow solutions into enterprise environments.
• Work directly with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to operating models, processes, data sources, security requirements, and user needs.
• Support workshops, demonstrations, pilots, and production rollouts; communicate AI capabilities and adoption considerations to stakeholders.
