Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Delivery Director – AI Foundry & Anthropic Business to lead delivery excellence across enterprise AI engagements in the UK/EMEA. You will own executive client relationships, drive successful project outcomes, manage portfolio health, and align staffing with strategic goals, including Claude-powered and RAG solutions.

This role demands deep program leadership, risk and governance oversight, and collaboration with Sales, AI Foundry teams, and ServiceNow platforms to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of professional services or related field experience.
• 8–12 years in program and project management and delivery leadership.
• 5+ years of portfolio management, staffing, and P&L accountability.
• 5+ years of people-management experience.
• 2+ years of delivery leadership on enterprise AI/GenAI programs.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, SOW development, estimation, and solution shaping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across the AI Foundry and Anthropic services portfolio.
• Develop trusted relationships with client executives and program sponsors to drive adoption and growth.
• Lead portfolio planning, health, capacity, risks, milestones, and forecast accuracy.
• Ensure governance, quality, and value-realization across engagements and client outcomes.
