Job summary

Róhe, founded in Amsterdam, seeks a Financial Controller to safeguard P&L and balance sheet across entities, driving monthly closes and intercompany reconciliations. You will collaborate with Buying, Production, and Logistics on supplier balances and cashflow forecasting, and contribute to ERP transitions.

The ideal candidate has a Big 4 background, 2–3 years in audit, and 1–2 years in financial control, with fluency in English and a structured, hands-on approach in a fast-paced, international

Qualifications

• Big 4 background preferred with audit start and transition to financial control.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and ownership-driven in a fast-growing, international company.
• Experience in multi-entity environments including intercompany reconciliations and stock handling.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, P&L integrity, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reconciliations across entities and stock locations with cross-functional teams.
• Run month-end close, including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Manage payroll processing across entities with payroll provider.
• Lead ERP and accounting system transition projects.
• Improve reporting quality and provide actionable insights to the business.
• Support consolidation and close with Head of Finance.
