Egardia France is seeking a Senior Financial Administration Specialist to manage general ledger, accounts receivable/payable and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will work in our Operations & Finance team, own tasks, collaborate with multiple departments, and support GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance. The role offers 32–40 hours per week, hybrid/remote options, and a competitive salary.

Formación

• At least a completed HBO degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with AFAS or similar financial software is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Strong numerical insight and analytical skills.
• High level of independence and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial administration including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Process bank and payment provider transactions and monitor cash balances.
• Prepare monthly and annual direct debit activities and management reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closings and financial analyses.
• Ensure GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance and protect data confidentiality.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency and risk management.
• Serve as a contact for admin questions and collaborate with other departments.
