EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organization seeking an experienced Interim Statutory Reporting Manager to support several local French entities and ensure full readiness for statutory reporting and upcoming audits in the French market.

Key Responsibilities of the Interim Statutory Reporting Manager

• Take ownership of end‑to‑end statutory reporting for assigned French legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely local filings.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and resolve differences between US GAAP and French GAAP.
• Manage the statutory audit preparation process and coordinate audit support with internal teams and external providers.
• Maintain statutory compliance requirements, including FEC file readiness, CVAE obligations, and profit‑sharing calculations.
• Track status, resolve open items, and ensure statutory reporting data and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline statutory reporting processes.

Candidate Profile

• Hands‑on accounting or statutory reporting experience.
• Strong expertise in French GAAP is essential.
• CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent, ideally with Big 4 experience.
• Experience in multinational environments and with large ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, detail‑oriented, able to work to strict deadlines.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency at a professional level.
