Job summary

pladis Global in Zaandam, The Netherlands, seeks a Finance Manager to lead a two-controller team and oversee financials for three European entities, including planning and HQ overheads.

You will partner with Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain to provide insights, drive improvements, and support strategic projects across Europe. Fluent English required; Dutch a plus. Full-time role with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or similar qualification.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in financial roles.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accurate periodic financial closing and reporting for three European entities.
• Manage planning and forecasting cycles (Actuals, Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan).
• Act as Finance Business Partner to Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
• Support business cases, investments, pricing, and innovation projects.
