Job summary

JBT Marel in Boxmeer is seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to partner with the Further Processing leadership team and drive performance across international sites. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, coordinating across multiple countries and sites.

You will manage a small international team and play a key role in the ongoing integration journey of JBT Marel, shaping processes and delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, international environment with leadership across countries.
• Proven ability to partner with senior management and drive financial performance.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and performance management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance partner to the Further Processing leadership team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plans.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Drive profitability improvements and operational excellence across international sites.
• Lead and develop a small international finance team (3 professionals).
• Shape integration and transformation initiatives within the organization.
