Job summary

Geely Auto Europe is seeking a (Senior) Finance Business Partner to support our Netherlands operations. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, partner with leaders to evaluate investments, and provide actionable insights on performance and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver management reporting, and help strengthen financial controls in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; translate data into insights.
Experience with SAP or Power BI is advantageous; fluent in English and Chinese; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Analyse financial results vs budgets/forecasts and provide actionable insights.
Monitor costs and headcount to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
Partner with business leaders to evaluate business cases and investments.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with finance teams to strengthen controls and reporting processes.
