Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a motivated Auto Finance Manager to support BYD's finance and leasing activities in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will develop, coordinate, and implement local retail, captive leasing and other finance solutions in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong financial acumen, hands-on auto finance/leasing experience, and excellent stakeholder management to support BYD's growth in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in auto finance or leasing.
• Strong analytical and portfolio monitoring skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out local finance programs (retail, captive leasing).
• Design and manage finance products (leasing, loans, balloon).
• Partner with banks/leasing companies to optimize offers and pricing.
• Track portfolio performance and report insights to management.
• Establish relationships with local financial partners to secure funding.
• Negotiate wholesale credit facilities to support dealer network.
• Coordinate cross-border financing with BYD Group finance/legal teams.
• Provide training to sales and dealer staff on finance products.
