Job summary

Innatera, a rapidly growing Dutch semiconductor company, develops ultra-efficient neuromorphic processors for AI at the edge. We are seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer based in our Dutch HQ or remotely in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal to support product development and customer implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role within semiconductors.
• Hands-on software development skills in Python and C/C++.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and embedded applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and operate in international setups.

Responsibilities

• Translate client feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Build and maintain deep technical relationships with customer architects.
• Address customer questions and accelerate development using Innatera tech.
• Lead customer training workshops and on-site support.
• Guide customers through design-in, architecture reviews and training.
• Collaborate with SDK/EDK, architecture and product owner teams.
• Partner with Sales to identify and close opportunities.
