Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead IFM services across major sites in Amsterdam. You will optimize operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with operations teams, vendors, landlords, and account personnel.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing soft services, assets, preventive maintenance, and CMMS-driven work orders, while driving cost control and safety standards across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in managing manufacturing and office facilities.
• Proven track record in improving maintenance programs and projects.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of building systems and maintenance requirements.
• Expertise with budgeting, financial analysis, and standard business practices.
• Proficient in Excel and facility management software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of IFM services across sites within a country or region.
