Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facility Coordinator to be the central point for all facilities at one or more locations. You will ensure smooth daily operations and a safe, well-maintained workspace for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include coordinating cleaning, pest control, catering, maintenance, and reception, while managing budgets, suppliers, and KPI reporting. On-site in Leiden, NL, you will foster improvements in sustainability and compliance with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• You have at least a completed MBO+/HBO- education, preferably in facilities management or a comparable field.
• You have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar function within facilities management.
• Experience with facility management software and MS Office is required.
• You are service-oriented, communicative, and have a hands-on mentality. You can organize well, set priorities and work accurately.
• You are proactive, solution- and customer-oriented, and can work independently but also function well in a team.
• You master Dutch and English fluently in word and writing.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for coordinating all facilities services, including cleaning, pest control, catering, maintenance and reception.
• You monitor service levels and quality, handle reports and requests from users, and ensure timely solutions.
• Additionally you maintain contact with suppliers and external parties, monitor budgets and costs, and report on performance and KPIs.
• You ensure compliance with safety and arbo guidelines, coordinate small renovations and relocations, and think actively about improvements in facilities services.
• You support the implementation of sustainability initiatives within the buildings.
