Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of IFM services across major sites in the region. You will drive operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and nurture strong relationships with operations teams, vendors, landlords, and account personnel.

Responsibilities include managing soft services, asset management, preventative maintenance, CMMS utilization, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Must have senior facilities management experience in large or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance requirements, and CMMS usage.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and control costs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all soft services across facilities (cleaning, catering, pest control, landscaping, reception, mail & logistics).
• Manage assets and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, janitorial, grounds).
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Utilize CMMS to schedule, track, and manage work orders with timely resolutions.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track variances, and oversee procurement of supplies.
