Job summary

Aramco, a global energy leader, seeks an experienced Senior Expeditor (Procurement Planner) to ensure timely material delivery for major capital projects in Europe. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in expediting, procurement, supply chain, and project management.
• Experience in EPC environments and large-scale capital projects.
• Mandatory Aramco project experience and knowledge of Aramco standards and project execution requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence suppliers and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate, and expedite the delivery of project materials and equipment to meet project schedules.
• Investigate root causes of delayed materials and identify potential supply chain risks.
• Develop and track mitigation plans, recovery schedules, and corrective actions to address delivery issues.
• Follow up with vendors, manufacturers, and EPC contractors to ensure timely implementation of agreed actions.
• Coordinate with PSCMD, QMD, project teams, and suppliers to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Act as the focal point during expediting assignments and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute vendor, manufacturer, and EPC contractor visits to assess progress and delivery readiness.
• Monitor fabrication, inspection, testing, shipping, and delivery milestones through project completion.
• Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and delivery forecasts to PMTs.
• Identify potential schedule slippages and drive solutions to protect milestones.
• Support procurement planning activities and material status reporting across projects.
