Job summary

Konnektus bv. is seeking an experienced Expeditor in the Netherlands to expedite activities across EPC projects and ensure timely supplier documentation per PDRL. You will collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and project teams to maintain delivery schedules and quality, while reporting to the department manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Expeditor in energy, excellent English, and is willing to travel occasionally to support project milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Expeditor in the energy sector.
• Experience with EPC projects.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Resident in the Netherlands and willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Expedite activities and ensure timely receipt of supplier documentation per PDRL.
• Participate in pre-award/bid clarification meetings with suppliers.
• Develop and distribute the Expediting Status Report (ESR) and monitor supplier progress toward sub-suppliers.
• Expedite material per PO to meet delivery dates and manage shipments with forwarders.
• Coordinate with Logistics coordinators on major transports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and report to the Department Manager.
• Handle administrative work and propose improvements.
