Job summary

iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) is seeking a proactive Expeditor to support timely delivery of procured goods for technical projects. You will monitor supplier progress, flag delays early and provide reliable delivery status to project teams.

You may visit suppliers to verify progress, coordinate with Engineering and QC on deadlines, inspections, and visits, and ensure updates are accurate and actionable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working level.
• Comfortable working in a technical and project-driven environment.
• Able to work with ERP systems.
• Proactive, persuasive and confident in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Practical, accurate, flexible and organised.
• A strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• EU passport or valid work permit for the Netherlands.

In this role, you will closely monitor supplier progress, identify potential delays at an early stage and ensure that project teams receive accurate and reliable information regarding delivery status. When required, you will visit suppliers to assess progress directly and take appropriate action to prevent or minimize scheduling issues.
