Saudi Aramco Europe in The Hague seeks an experienced Program/Project Management Unit lead to ensure effective delivery of services across PMTs for Aramco Europe projects. You will coordinate PMT activities, manage project controls, and oversee procurements while aligning with Finance, IT, HR and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum (Master’s degree is preferable).
• Wide and deep project management experience providing expert competence (More than 10 years).
• Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short / medium timescales within the overall policy framework. (Over 6 years).

Responsabilités

• PMT coordination across project life cycles from establishment to off-boarding.
• Project control activities including procurements, contracting, finance, IT, HR, compliance and tax.
• Procurement support: lead PO materials expediting and improve procedures.
• Leadership and direction: communicate action plans, motivate staff to reach business goals.
• Organizational capability building: develop team capabilities through training or coaching.
• Performance management: set objectives, monitor and drive team performance.
• Budgeting & control: track budgets and ensure financial controls.
• Operational compliance: ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Personal capability building: act as subject matter expert and maintain external accreditations.
