Job summary

Aramco Europe seeks an experienced Project Management Leader to guide and direct the Project Management Unit across its operations. You will manage PMTs through the full project life cycle, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring compliant, on-time delivery of initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 10+ years of senior PM experience, with strong planning, resource management, and procurement exposure to drive performance and value in a complex energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Extensive PM experience with 10+ years in complex programs.
• Experience planning, managing and organizing resources over short/medium timescales.

Responsibilities

• PMT coordination: focal point for PMT support through full project life cycle.
• Project control: coordinate procurement, contracting, finance, IT, HR, and compliance.
• Procurement support: lead PO expediting and improve material inspection processes.
• Leadership: communicate action plans and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Capability building: identify development needs and coach others.
• Performance management: set objectives and track team performance.
• Budgeting & control: track budgets and ensure financial controls.
• Operational compliance: ensure activities meet external and internal policies.
• Subject matter expert: maintain accreditations and advanced knowledge in area.
