Job summary

European Association for International Education (EAIE) seeks a Senior Events Coordinator on maternity cover to drive the planning and delivery of our conferences and events. You will oversee projects, manage logistics, and coordinate with stakeholders across Europe in a hands-on, collaborative international setting.

You will report to the Manager of Events & Sustainability. The role includes travel within Europe and the opportunity to shape engaging participant experiences while supporting

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a Senior Event Coordinating position.
• HBO/University degree.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• A valid work permit and living in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects related to event strategy, planning and delivery.
• Contribute to the team with your event experience and stay ahead of current trends.
• Manage conference logistics and plan smaller in-person events.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences and outcomes.
• Actively support sustainability goals within the organisation.
