Job summary

TSMG in The Hague seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily AV and robotaxi fleet operations, ensuring safety, uptime, and deployment readiness across testing, commercial ride-hailing, and new city launches.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists, drive KPIs, supervise 24/7 shifts, and collaborate with engineering, product, and fleet teams to scale operations across Europe.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, transportation, logistics, or mobility services.
Experience leading operational or technical teams.
Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depot locations.
Ensure operations readiness for testing, deployment, and autonomous ride-hailing services.
Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, charging schedules, and readiness.
Coordinate dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency.
Minimize downtime through planning and coordination.
Oversee robotaxi depot operations, ensure safety and organization.
Coordinate work of Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, Technicians, and SDS Specialists.
Develop SOPs for autonomous vehicle operations and scaling.
Monitor KPIs: fleet availability, uptime, dispatch efficiency, depot productivity, quality.
Promote safety culture and investigate incidents; ensure compliance.
