Versuni in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager ESG to sharpen sustainability strategy, monitor regulations, drive CSRD reporting, manage EPR programs, and expand automation with a small team.

You will translate data into insights, collaborate across functions, and lead efforts in a fast-growing, global consumer appliances business. This role offers a hybrid work model and competitive international salary benchmarking.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in ESG.
• At least five years driving automated data collection and reporting.
• Ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent communication with team, stakeholders and suppliers.
• Experience managing EPR reporting under WEEE.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small ESG and sustainability team (1–2 FTE).
• Drive the first CSRD reporting and ongoing improvements.
• Expand automation of data collection and reporting processes.
• Monitor and translate ESG regulations into concrete requirements for the business.
• Manage EPR programs and related compliance activities.
