Job summary

Apex Group's Holtara division in Amsterdam seeks a client-facing Advisor to deliver sustainability and ESG engagements. You will manage defined workstreams, structure analyses, and produce client-ready deliverables while collaborating with senior colleagues on complex judgments.

You will work with private markets clients, measure ESG data, support proposals, and translate evolving European regulations (EU Taxonomy, SFDR, CSRD) into practical actions for fund managers and portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sustainability consulting.
• Experience with private equity or portfolio companies preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in international teams.
• A proactive, curious, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sustainability and ESG engagements for clients.
• Structure analyses and produce client-ready deliverables.
• Contribute to client meetings, workshops, and proposals.
