Job summary

Coty is looking for an Employee & Labor Relations Senior Manager to guide the ER/LR agenda in the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law while driving effective employee representation and governance.

You will oversee the entire ER/LR strategy, manage relationships with Works Councils, and provide expert guidance on complex employee matters. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and deep expertise in Dutch labour law.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Employee & Labour Relations in the Netherlands.
• Deep expertise in Dutch labour law and Works Council legislation.
• Experience managing European Works Councils and related processes.
• Ability to manage complex and sensitive employee cases.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the ER/LR agenda for the Netherlands.
• Act as subject matter expert on Dutch labour law.
• Proactively identify and mitigate ER/LR risks.
• Prepare and support EWC information and consultation processes.
• Ensure ER/LR submissions and documentation are compliant.
