Job summary

BP in the Netherlands seeks an experienced People Relations Advisor to support Employee and Labour Relations, with a primary focus on the Netherlands and additional support for Belgium. You will work with the Regional People Relations Manager on ER/LR matters, works councils, and organisational change, contributing to European and global People Relations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Employment Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4–7 years in Employee/Labour relations or related HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Support bp's Employee and Labour Relations strategy focused on the Netherlands with some Belgium support.
• Coordinate and manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, disciplinary processes, with central ER Advisory as needed.
• Coordinate Dutch works council consultation processes and support negotiations with works councils, trade unions and other bodies.
• Support organisational changes including reorganisations, harmonisations, acquisitions or divestments.
• Contribute to European and global People Relations projects and share best practices.
• Develop policies, tools and guidance for HR and business leaders and support training in ER topics.
