360Pharma seeks a Senior Engineer, R&D Digital to drive CTM Solutions across study management, site payments, and access provisioning. You will partner with business, IT, and vendors to enable efficient clinical trial operations and continuous improvement.

You will translate study needs into scalable system solutions, deliver end-user training, and support audits. A strong background in CTM, GCP/FDA familiarity, and willingness to travel up to 10% are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Science, IT or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clinical trial execution or CRO/pharma environments.
• Proficiency with IT systems supporting clinical development, reporting tools, and data management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement technology improvements for CTM Solutions.
• Translate study-team needs into practical system and process solutions.
• Support study build, maintenance, and effective system use through lifecycle.
• Provide end-user support via tickets and shared mailboxes with timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance analytics and GenAI capabilities.
• Coordinate release management, UAT, improvements, and IT integrations.
• Troubleshoot advanced system/process issues with IT and vendors.
• Create training materials to enable effective system use.
• Support audits, inspections, and CAPA activities.
