Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Engineer, R&D Digital to lead CTM Solutions systems and processes across global sites, including the Netherlands. You will collaborate with business partners, IT, and vendors to enable study management and data integrity throughout the lifecycle.

You will support training, audits, and change management while driving automation, analytics, and GenAI capabilities within regulatory and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Science, Information Technology or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical trial execution experience in pharma, medical device, or CRO.
• Proficiency with IT systems supporting clinical development, reporting tools, Office 365, and database administration.
• Solid understanding of drug development, including GCPs and FDA CFR.
• Ability to partner and influence at all levels and travel up to 10%.
• Project management or process improvement certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement technology improvements to CTM Solutions systems and processes.
• Assess study-team needs and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Support study build, maintenance, and effective system use across the study lifecycle.
• Provide end-user support via tickets and shared mailboxes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, analytics, and GenAI within privacy and compliance rules.
• Coordinate release management, UAT, enhancements, and IT integrations.
• Troubleshoot advanced system issues with IT and vendors.
• Create training materials to enable effective system use.
• Facilitate team meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Support system audits, regulatory inspections, and CAPAs.
