Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Engineer, R&D Digital to optimize Clinical Trial Management Solutions across multiple sites. You will work with IT, study teams, and suppliers to deliver data-driven improvements and ensure compliant processes.

You will lead training, support, and system enhancements, while coordinating releases and audits. 5+ years in clinical trials and a relevant degree are required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years in clinical trial execution within pharma/medical devices/CRO.
• IT systems supporting clinical development and Office 365.
• Knowledge of GCP and FDA CFR.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement tech improvements for CTM Solutions to deliver value.
• Assess study-team needs and translate into practical system solutions.
• Support study build, maintenance, and lifecycle use of CTMS solutions.
• Provide end-user support via tickets and shared mailboxes.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and apply analytics/GenAI.
• Coordinate release management and testing with IT and vendors.
• Troubleshoot system issues with IT and vendors.
• Create training materials to enable effective system use.
• Facilitate team meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections and CAPAs.
