You will join a small, dedicated Facilities & Engineering team responsible for the lifecycle management and continuous improvement of critical site infrastructure.
As a Senior Engineer / Mechanical System Owner, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management and technical performance of critical utility systems, with a strong focus on chillers, HVAC and compressed air systems. You will support troubleshooting, maintenance optimization and reliability improvements while working closely with service providers, project managers and senior engineers. The role combines hands-on technical problem solving with system ownership, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), maintenance strategy development and engineering project support within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
