Job summary

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group seeking a Senior Engineer to drive transformation projects for clients. You will engage in data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshops, and process mapping, while rapidly taking on team support roles and contributing to knowledge exchange.

We value autonomous, goal-driven professionals with a strong interest in data and AI. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with German being a plus.

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3 to 7 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in Energy.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, Belgium or Luxembourg)

Responsibilities

• Involved in transformation projects at our clients.
• Execute project assignments, including data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc.
• Take up team support roles as soon as possible.
• Contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange within the business units of the different industries we serve.

As an engineer consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.
