Sia, a global management consulting group, is looking for a bright and dynamic junior engineer to join our Amsterdam office. You will contribute to transformation projects, build relationships, and deliver results early in your career.

You will work on data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshops, and process mapping, while growing through hands-on client exposure, knowledge sharing, and international assignments.

Responsibilities

• Work on transformation projects at client sites, executing project assignments.
• Perform intelligent data structuring and data analysis, benchmarks, and interviews.
• Animate workshops and map processes; prepare functional specifications.
• Support project teams and contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.

As an engineer consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
• 0 to 3 years' experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Energy
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that's a great plus!
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, Belgium or Luxembourg)
