Job summary

Sia, a global management consulting group, seeks bright and dynamic Senior consultants to build relationships and deliver results in Amsterdam. You will work on diverse projects and lead teams as you grow.

We value fast learners with strong analytical minds and a passion for data and AI, with English and Dutch communication. The role offers flexible work arrangements including home, client sites, and our Amsterdam office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience (or PhD).
• Analytical mind with the ability to synthesize options into conclusions.
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics with the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Fluent English and Dutch in speaking and presenting.

Responsibilities

• Identify the work processes and propose solutions to simplify and improve them.
• Implement the solutions in agreement with the client.
• Manage the clients in the change and coach them in improving performance.
• Take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars) within business units.

You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics:
