Job summary

Sia Partners, located in Amsterdam, is seeking a Senior Engineer who will play a critical role in transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Civil or Business Engineering, along with 3 to 7 years of consulting experience. Responsibilities include executing project assignments related to data analysis, process mapping, and knowledge sharing.

The right candidate will be dynamic, result-oriented, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, and knowledge of German is a plus. Please note that Sia Partners is unable to provide a work permit for this position.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, Belgium or Luxembourg).

As an engineer consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
• 3 to 7 years’ experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Energy
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!
