Job summary

Midea is looking for a senior sales/business development professional to drive growth in the Dutch energy storage market from Amsterdam. You will identify new opportunities, develop key stakeholder networks, and own the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to after-sales support.

The role requires 5+ years in energy storage or EPC, with strong knowledge of BESS, inverters, PCS and grid equipment, plus mature connections to grid operators and utilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical sales or business development in energy storage and EPC industries.
• Strong network with utility operators, EPC contractors, IPPs and developers preferred.
• Deep understanding of Dutch renewable landscape and grid-related energy storage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, explore and capture new business opportunities in the Dutch energy storage market.
• Develop and sustain a robust network of core stakeholders across the region.
• Take ownership of end-to-end customer lifecycle including pre- and post-sales support.
• Formulate localized market penetration strategy for integrated battery storage systems and related equipment.
