Maven is looking for an End User Support Engineer to ensure employees have efficient desktop configurations and handle IT issues. You'll lead Ubuntu device rollouts and mentor team members while maintaining AV technology in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Ubuntu, including a full rollout of managed devices.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible for configuration management.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts: DHCP, DNS, cabling standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation and configuration of desktop computing solutions.
• Lead the rollout of Ubuntu-managed devices.
• Facilitate technology setups for new employees.
