Job summary

DeltaQuad is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to develop the software at the heart of our UAV platforms. You will work across multiple aircraft configurations and product variants, ensuring reliability, scalability and maintainability as technology evolves.

You will primarily code in C++, collaborating with Electrical, Systems and R&D Test & Flight teams to test software in SITL, HITL and live aircraft, contributing to architecture, CI/CD and regression processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems or related field.
Around 5–7+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Strong professional experience with C++ and embedded software interacting with electronics/hardware.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain embedded software for UAV platforms, primarily in C++.
Ensure software works reliably across different hardware configurations and product variants.
Collaborate with Electrical, Systems and R&D Test & Flight teams.
Develop and improve SITL, HITL, automated and regression testing.
Validate designs and debug complex software/hardware integration issues.
Contribute to software architecture, CI/CD and configuration management.
Take ownership of technical projects from idea to validated solution.
