Responsibilities

• Design and test of product interfaces for manufacturing testing.
• Design and test of embedded software in product parts with supplier collaboration.
• Design, implementation, and validation of automated tests for electronic parts.
• Interpret complex engineering requirements to deliver optimal design solutions under supervision.
• Guide test plans, procedures, and protocols for high-quality validations.
• Resolve advanced technical issues across hardware, software and components to reduce downtime.
• Evaluate and approve external vendor components meeting Philips standards.
• Monitor and assess performance and reliability of complex systems.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Present technical findings and project updates to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior engineers for professional development.
• Implement advanced engineering practices to improve efficiency and time-to-market.
• Incorporate feedback from testing, UX studies, and market trends into designs.
• Foster relationships with internal/external partners and guide projects.
