Job summary

Radisys is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Embedded Hardware Solutions to join our team. This role focuses on technical pre-sales and sales support for Embedded Hardware products, coordinating with engineering and customers to define solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pre-sales in embedded hardware, strong communication, and the ability to work from a home office in the region. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales support in Embedded Hardware/platforms.
• Knowledge and experience supporting Intel X86 and GPU architectures.
• Knowledge and experience supporting Embedded hardware platform design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and grow relationships with customers, partners and internal groups.
• Strong customer facing skills (internal and external), read situations and think strategically.
• Ability to provide and work from a home office located in the region.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a CS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical pre-sales and sales support for Radisys Embedded Hardware products including customer meetings, POC-support, RFQ and RFP responses.
• Managing and interpreting customer technical requirements and articulating the Radisys product, service or solution that best meets their requirements in terms of reliability, scalability, price and delivery.
• Partner with Radisys Product Engineering teams to address customer product requirements and create Statement of Work and Functional Requirements documents.
• Creating proposals and quotes with support of Business Unit stakeholders.
• Assist in technical assessment of components selected for product configurations to ensure conformance to specifications and facilitate customer acceptance of proposed components.
• Support on-site investigations as needed to help isolate and identify issues reported by the customer.
