Job summary

Premier Tech Systems and Automation is seeking a results-driven professional to bridge engineering and sales for retrofit projects. You will analyze customer requests, design and quote suitable solutions, and collaborate with Sales and customers to deliver precise cost estimates.

You will also drive sales strategy improvements and lead smooth project handovers, ensuring alignment with client needs and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• A technical degree or relevant technical experience.
• Knowledge of industrial operations and processes, both commercial and technical.
• Familiarity with the packaging and processing industry is a strong asset.
• Experience in budget preparation and commercial offer development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requests from Sales to understand needs.
• Envision and quote solutions with Sales Manager and customers.
• Provide a cost estimation and information on the retrofit.
• Review and enhance sales strategies.
• Prepare and lead project handovers.
