Job summary

ASML is seeking a Senior Electrostatics and High-Voltage Specialist to serve as the company-wide expert in electrostatics and HV technology. You will support product development from concept to implementation, resolving issues and setting design rules where standards fall short.

Qualifications

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in electrostatics and high‑voltage development.
Experience designing for pressure environments from ambient to deep vacuum.
Experience designing and performing experiments to close knowledge gaps.
Proficiency in FEM-based field analysis.
Strong understanding of the underlying physics.
Knowledge of applicable electrical safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Concept development and feasibility: investigate new concepts and specifications during early development.
Design and review: contribute to implementation and review of high‑voltage designs, PCB and hardware modules.
Support: assist colleagues in research, design, and issue-resolution activities.
Analyze: perform root-cause analysis using models, circuit analysis, and measurements.
Enable quality: develop ASML-specific high‑voltage design rules and guidelines.
Training and knowledge sharing: train colleagues and share expertise.
