- Identify, investigate and resolve technical challenges throughout the engineering and manufacturing process.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, engineering documentation, assembly plans and commissioning procedures.
- Coordinate and support factory acceptance testing (FAT) and other functional testing activities.
- Monitor engineering progress, manufacturing activities and outstanding technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality requirements, technical standards and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
- Support engineering planning, resource estimation and the assessment of additional work and its commercial impact.
- Collaborate with project management, procurement, sales, suppliers and other stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, support and knowledge sharing to less experienced engineers.

- Knowledge of low-voltage and medium-voltage systems, transformers, UPS systems, protection systems and grounding/earthing.
- Experience with electrical design, technical specifications, engineering documentation and interface coordination.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, testing and commissioning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
- A practical, flexible and results-oriented approach.
- The ability to remain effective under pressure and manage multiple technical priorities.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Dutch language skills are an advantage.

- A full-time position based on a 40-hour working week.
- The possibility to work approximately 50% from home, in consultation with the team.
- An international working environment with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- A technically challenging role with opportunities to develop your leadership and engineering expertise.
- The opportunity to contribute to innovative electrical engineering projects from design through realization.
