Progressive in the Veldhoven region is seeking a Medior / Senior Electrical Engineer who combines design work with stakeholder communication. You will create and maintain electrical documentation, support suppliers, and ensure smooth collaboration between engineering and production.

The role requires strong EPLAN experience, a machine-building background, and fluent Dutch and good English. It offers a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and long‑term growth within a high‑tech

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Must-have: EPLAN experience.
• Background in machine building / special machinery.
• Experience with electrical cabinets (control panels) and machine installations.
• Knowledge of PCB development is a plus.
• Familiar with industrial communication structures and system integrations.
• Fluent in Dutch (highly preferred).
• Strong command of English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver ETPD documentation using EPLAN.
• Create, maintain, and update electrical schematics and drawings.
• Support configuration and maintenance of electrical documentation.
• Coordinate technical topics with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with production teams and engineering departments.
• Support Interbus integrations and electrical system connectivity.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in electrical design and documentation processes.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

We are looking for a Medior / Senior Electrical Engineer who enjoys combining technical design work with stakeholder communication. In this position, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining electrical documentation, supporting suppliers, and ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering and production.

You will work closely with Dutch-speaking colleagues, production teams, and suppliers, making strong communication skills just as important as your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
