What Will You Do?

As Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll take the technical reins on diverse industrial projects in the Geleen region. Your work will span concept design through to execution, ensuring everything meets quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Key tasks include:

• Leading the electrical scope for (petro)chemical, manufacturing, and heavy industry projects
• Acting as the go-to contact for clients on all electrical matters
• Coordinating, mentoring, and supporting your engineering team
• Conducting site visits for data gathering, testing, and client meetings
• Translating client needs into robust, innovative electrical solutions

What Do You Bring?

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years' experience in an industrial engineering environment
• Expertise in low- and/or medium-voltage installations
• Familiarity with NEN1010, NEN3840, IEC60364, and/or AREI is a plus
• Skilled in grid analysis tools like ETAP, Caneco, Simaris, or Intelec
• Experience with E-Plan and/or AutoCAD
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Clear communicator with both clients and colleagues
• A precise, structured, and quality-driven mindset
• Dutch A2 level required
