Job summary
Trinamics seeks an experienced Lead Engineer Electrical to own technical aspects of data center power infrastructure projects. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop technical solutions and ensure delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 7 years as Electrical/Lead Engineer in multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV switchgear and power distribution systems.
- Experience with transformers, short-circuit calculations and selectivity studies.
- Familiarity with IEC 61439 and related standards.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing engineers.
- Willingness to travel internationally and excellent English skills.
Responsibilities
- Technical lead for engineering activities within multidisciplinary projects.
- Supervise Interface Engineers and System Engineers.
- Monitor engineering scope, schedules, quality and budgets.
- Develop and monitor engineering and execution plans.
- Engineer power distribution solutions for data centers.
- Review designs, calculations, reports and test plans.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and other stakeholders.
- Attend factory acceptance tests and customer meetings.
